#PrayForUniosun To Be Okay Soon! My Alma Mater Matters!!!!!!

I feel like continue sleeping. I was having a much better time asleep. And that's really sad. It was almost like a reverse nightmare, I don't want to wake up to meet the negative dramas of life.

But how do I help it, I must wake up, just like when you wake up from a nightmare you're so relieved. But I woke up from a nightmare into another nightmare.”

How do we feel when life dramas are not favorable anymore? When a happy place turned sour, who do we hold responsible of our unhappiness? Do we need to blame God or nature, perhaps let us accept it as a fate predestined.

Osun state university as my Alma mater explains an institution I passed through, which we enjoyed during our studentship, a peaceful institution no other school can compete with. If going to an institution where trouble and sadness is minimal was your watchword, then you would have thought about my alma mater countless number of times.

Then fast forward to recent times, a whole lots of ugly incidents started surfacing, more like a weed amidst a green plantation. The school is being turned to a semi-massacre place. Oh No! The current fate of our students saddens my heart, weakens my soul and broadens the scare-level which was at its limited state.

Dear Lord, what have we done to deserve this? In a duration of few months, fights between two friends led to death, missing student found dead, 2 students missed till date and a protest landed our students into hospital courtesy of gunshots. God! We deserve a better popularity.

Let us all agree gunshots and fights are self inflicting trouble, what do we call the continuous dead news and our missing sons and daughters? Nature-inflicting woes? God we want them not anymore!

What have we told God about our heartache? A school where many solid products have emerged from! Where are the Alumni? Are you silent or voicing to God about the situation? What  matters to me is the happiness of the Mankind. Notable alumni includes John of Horatis and Naijaloaded's Mankind.

We need an institution as cool as freezer not as hot as oven. What have you told God about the situation oh ye Decker and Steven? Do we need to fold our arms or fasten our zip? You are not excluded our own MD of Afazib.

How about dedicating a minute or two to #prayforuniosun now? Let us continue the known merry making and dancing and even dab, so other institutions will hear our good news and re-post like we are on IG with Sisdab.

Please let us say AMEN! God forgive us our sins! If there is any thing we have done, we seek for forgiveness, we need no more sadness to vent, shower your mercy on all things that concerns our school especially the students. Our lecturers are in your hands, show us your everlasting blessing and joy as full as sand.

Please continue saying Amen!  Our parents must not die, no student must say goodbye, Our staff must continue wearing suits and tie. We need no trouble from time to time! Let all humans that connect with Uniosun feel happy again. We are confident you have answered.
